Will Frederick is a Managing Director at Meridian Management Partners, where he provides senior leadership across the firm’s restructuring, performance improvement, and transactional engagements. He leads complex assignments requiring advanced financial modeling and analysis and direct engagement with key stakeholders.

Mr. Frederick has advised clients across a wide range of industries, including construction, distribution, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and transportation. He brings deep expertise in distressed and insolvent situations, having served as a bankruptcy financial advisor, court-appointed receiver, chief restructuring officer and liquidation trustee, with a consistent focus on preserving and enhancing enterprise value and maximizing stakeholder recoveries.

Prior to joining Meridian, Will was a management consultant specializing in corporate restructuring for a diversified financial services firm. Earlier in his career, he worked in a large regional financial institution’s middle-market lending group, where he underwrote and structured commercial credit facilities, managed credit portfolios, and supported business development initiatives.

Before beginning his career in business, Will played professional hockey for the minor league affiliates of the Anaheim Ducks and Ottawa Senators, as well as internationally in the Elite Ice Hockey League in Kingston upon Hull, United Kingdom.
