Ben Thompson is a senior consultant at Meridian Management Partners and brings 25 years of operating, financial, and leadership experience to help clients improve performance, allocate capital, and execute strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Thompson has worked with businesses ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to large enterprises, with particular expertise in multi-unit operations, acquisition integration, real estate, and P&L management. As owner and President of Primary Aim LLC, he grew a 2-restaurant franchise into a 78-location platform — outperforming system benchmarks in both sales growth and profitability over a 15-year period.

Mr. Thompson has also held various roles at Procter & Gamble and Ashland Inc, with experience in procurement, shared services and commodity management. Before beginning his business career, Benjamin served as an officer in the United States Army, leading units in both Europe and the United States.
