Michael Von Lehman is President of Meridian Management Partners and has managed or participated in over 100 engagements since joining the firm in 2005.  His financial, analytical, and negotiating skills have assisted clients with improving financial performance, restructuring balance sheets, raising capital, and advising in the purchase and sale of assets, divisions, and entities.

Mr. Von Lehman works side-by-side with the C-Suite of organizations that range from start-ups to those with revenue of $1 billion to produce value-based results.  Blending financial analytics, business acumen, and training gained from his hands-on experience in varying industries, Michael can provide advice that is timely, practical, and relevant to clients.  This approach led to Mr. Von Lehman being honored with Turnaround Management Association’s (TMA) 2019 Turnaround of the Year (Not-for-Profit Category).

In addition to traditional management consulting, Mr. Von Lehman regularly provides services to parties within the insolvency arena.  Throughout his career he has acted as Trustee, CRO or Receiver and has consulted for Trustees, Conservators, Receivers, Examiners, Lenders, Unsecured Creditor Committees and Debtors.

Prior to becoming President, Michael held roles such as Director and Se­nior Consultant.  Mr. Von Lehman is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and has been recognized as key supporter of the designation, participating in the Certification Oversight Committee as a Member, VP of Standards and President.
